I have quite a few reasons to be walking barefoot, but the two main reasons are the two that for me are the most important.
Reason 1 – before I started walking barefoot, I was in a lot pain in my lower back, and had sciatic nerve pain starting at my hip, all the way to my heel on the right leg. Since I started walking barefoot, my back pain has been minimal, and the sciatic nerve no longer hurts most of the time, mind you, I am wearing steel toe shoes to work, and lose them as soon as I get in my car to go home. I have my shoes in my car, with a pair of socks, and I put them on just before its time to go in, meaning I drive to work barefoot also. If this is not enough reason to be barefoot, then I don’t know what is.
Reason 2 – Its fun, it feels great, it’s enjoyable, it’s different, it doesn’t hurt you, or anyone else.
