Our feet

It is frightening to think about losing any part of the body in an accident, or amputation for any reason, diabetes, and such. When one thinks of these horrible things, he or she still does not take care of the most neglected part of the body –  our feet.
You walk on them every day, standing for hours at work, or at home while his / her poor feet are stuffed in high heels, leather shoes, running shoes, or boots, none which give the poor feet any help in the day to day work load they carry.
Take care of your feet – let them free – walk barefoot, even if it is only at home.
It will pay when you get older, and you are still walking on your own two feet.
