I now have a new routine every morning, to start my bare feet exercise.
I leave home about 15 to 20 minutes earlier then normal, and drive to the park near by.
It is a small park, and the ground is very uneven, with ups and downs, tree roots above ground, and some rocks and tree stumps.
I go there, and just take a 15 minutes morning stroll barefoot, it wakes me up, the wet grass feels real good on my soles, and between my toes,
And it starts my day on a good note. Once done, I have a small towel in my car, and I dry my feet, so I do not put them wet, into the darn shoes & socks which I have to wear for work.
I intend to do this everyday (if possible), as I enjoy it very much, and it takes all the worries away, refreshes me, and a delightful way to start the day.
Hope others would try this, and enjoy it the same as I do.
